Strong background in project execution, team leadership, commercial oversight and delivery across complex operating environments.
25+ years’ experience in client and contractor management across large-scale infrastructure and mining projects in Australia, Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands. Strong capability across operations, tendering, resourcing, commercial management and project delivery in challenging environments.
17+ years’ experience in supply chain management, including 9 years in PNG. Experience covers cradle-to-grave procurement, logistics, inventory control, process improvement, cost optimisation and supplier / client relationship management.
20+ years’ project delivery experience across multiple countries, including 8 years in PNG. Background includes civil engineering, mining, earthworks, oil and gas, road servicing, tendering, contract negotiations, safety, quality assurance and statutory approvals.
25+ years’ experience in fleet and asset management across medium to large enterprises in the Pacific and Australia. Strong background in asset optimisation, lifecycle performance, policy development, compliance, process control and quality assurance.
