These high-quality, long-life resource deposits will support local production of nationally significant building materials for Papua New Guinea’s future industrial and infrastructure development. With export potential into the wider Asia-Pacific region, the project is positioned to provide low-cost, high-quality building materials while reducing reliance on imported supply and exposure to regional supply chain disruption.
Synergy Alliance’s integrated management structure is central to the development of Pacific Lime & Cement into Papua New Guinea’s most diversified and distinctive industrial mining project.
Engaged as Project Manager and Mining Manager, Synergy Alliance has been responsible for the design, development and construction of the mine and associated infrastructure, while also supporting long-term operational management.
The project includes integrated development across mining, processing, infrastructure and supporting industrial facilities.
The Pacific Lime & Cement project represents a critical step toward domestic cement production and long-term infrastructure capability in Papua New Guinea.
It supports economic growth, job creation and industrial development at a national scale.
