CLP Group is a structured joint venture between Synergy Alliance, Kido Holdings Limited and Rearea Minerals Limited. As a LandCo JV model, it enables landowner participation through real equity ownership, asset access and capability development, aligned to major project delivery environments.
JV Structure
The CLP Group structure is designed to create commercially viable and operationally capable landowner businesses.
Landowners enter the model with real equity participation from day one, without needing upfront capital investment.
Participation increases as operational capability, governance and delivery milestones are achieved.
The model creates access to both service-based work and asset-backed equipment opportunities linked to project delivery.
The framework is designed to build commercially capable local businesses with increasing ownership and operational participation over time.
